First Time Customer"I own multiple residential rental properties. When a tenant contacted me about a dryer problem, I called Glyn's on a Saturday and set up an appointment for Monday. I asked for a 30 minute advance call so I could meet the tech at the property. A nice lady from Glyn's called and told me the tech would be there in 30 minutes. As promised, the tech (Najib) was on time and able to quickly diagnose the problem with the dryer. He acquired and installed the replacement parts (motor and kit) and then did a through cleaning of the unit after preforming a test to determine airflow and finding it less than optimum. Professional service in every respect. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future. "
