"A few months ago our dryer made an awful scraping noise and I could see the heating element was loose. I called Glyn’s that day and they were able to come out and fix the issue. The technician was friendly, called prior to arrival, and swept behind the dryer while he was back there. Jump forward to yesterday when our dryer started making a similar scraping noise, I again called Glyn’s, bracing myself for possibly having to pay for a whole new service and parts. However, the same technician came, heard the noise, identified the issue (something stuck in the vent hose) and fixed it free of charge!
